Color study: blues and greens
Soothing and cool, a mixture of blues and greens are perfect for a hot summer day. And even cooler, accents of icy white finish the look. Thankfully, summer brings us a greater selection of blues flowers to choose from. Our favorites include delphinium and scabiosa (shown above) as well as agapanthus, echinops, eryngium, and bachelor's buttons.

Hanging succulent terrariums
Continuing our fascination with all things succulent, these hanging glass orbs make cute mini terrariums. Fun (and a little challenging to create), their care is so so easy! A little sun, a little water every once in awhile and you are good to go. See our other blog posts about terrariums by clicking on the succulents label.

Wedding Style: Spring bouquets
While it’s officially now summer, we thought we would go ahead and share a couple of spring wedding bouquets with color and texture. Both contain a mixture of peonies, roses, and dusty miller. The top bouquet also has lisanthus, ranunculus, and garden roses. The second example mixes it up with freesia, tulips, and seeded eucalyptus. Sadly, peony season is almost over. (But we’re looking forward to the summer dahlias!)
