Long lasting flowers
One question we get asked the most is what are long lasting flowers?
Flowers such as oriental and asiatic lilies, gerbers, sunflowers, allium, football mums, ranunculus, standard roses and gladiola are all good choices. Heliconia, ginger, anthirium, orchids, protea, leucadendron, and birds of paradise are sturdy tropical/exotics. In the example shown, yellow pin cushion protea and red leucadendron are two long lasting favorites.
Caring for your arrangement is the best way to ensure any blooms last. See the blog post "Flower Care" under our care label for a few easy tips.

Soft pastel spring color
It’s starting to feel like summer, with the warm weather we are enjoying right now. But before we move on to the flowers of summer, here’s a couple of spring beauties we thought we would share. These two low arrangements are in soft color palettes that are soothing and sophisticated. They contain: tulips, ranunculus, hyacinth, stock, star of bethlehem, queen anne’s lace, and green dendrobian orchids. The fun, squiggly accents in the bottom arrangement are fern curls.
